The Sustainability Report

The Sustainability Report provides a comprehensive overview of SOL’s sustainability work.

The Sustainability Report outlines the company’s approach to its most material sustainability topics: its workforce, climate change, resource use and the circular economy, as well as responsible business conduct.

For SOL, 2025 was a year of both growth and transformation. Group revenue increased by 3.7% to €389.7 million, and the company employed more than 12,400 people across six countries. International operations continued to drive growth across the Group.

SOL’s Sustainability Report 2025 reflects the company’s commitment to developing its operations transparently and in the best interests of all stakeholders. The report has been prepared largely in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) introduced under the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), although the reporting requirements do not yet apply to the SOL Group.
