The job advertisement describes the content and requirements of the position, so please read it carefully. The advertisement usually also includes the contact person from whom you can request additional information regarding the position. Please note that the contact person does not accept applications but responds only to requests for further information. 

Yes. Each recruitment process is unique, and we always recommend submitting an application specific to the position. This allows you to best explain why you are the right choice for that role. 

We will contact you when the recruitment progresses. If you are selected for an interview, we will inform you either by phone or email. 
Once the selection has been made, all applicants will receive a message via email informing them that the recruitment process has ended. 

Once you have submitted your application, our system automatically forwards it to the appropriate recruitment personnel. You do not need to separately notify us about sending your application. We will update all applicants on the status of their application, so once you have submitted your application, please wait for us to get in touch. 

You can request a correction to your email address in our system by sending a message to helsinki@sol.fi. Please include your first and last name and the phone number you provided in your application. This information helps us find your application and update your details. 

If Finnish language skills are essential for performing the job, this requirement will be mentioned in the job advertisement. Some tasks may require Finnish, for example due to onboarding, occupational safety, or customer service needs.

Yes. A CV is currently a mandatory attachment in order to submit an application. If you do not have a CV, you may alternatively attach another document describing your skills, such as a motivation letter or a competence certificate.

Providing references is not required to be hired but having them is always beneficial. A suitable reference is someone you have worked with or under.
