SOL Palvelut Oy has been awarded ISO 9001 certification for quality management, ISO 14001 certification for environmental management, and ISO 45001 certification for occupational health and safety management. The certificates were issued on October 9^th 2026 and are valid until October 8^th 2029. 

The certification covers cleaning services provided to corporate customers, as well as the management of related support functions at SOL’s own premises, customer sites and in mobile work throughout Finland. 

BM Certification has audited SOL Palvelut Oy’s management systems and confirmed that they meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards. The scope of certification for all three management systems covers all cleaning services provided to corporate customers in Finland. 

The certifications demonstrate to customers that SOL’s operations are managed and developed in accordance with internationally recognised standards. A key objective of the management systems is to strengthen continuous improvement across the company’s operations. External audits bring an independent perspective to the assessment of SOL’s activities. Evaluations of the management systems help identify both areas for improvement and strengths that might otherwise go unnoticed in day-to-day operations.

SOL Palvelut also holds the Nordic Swan Ecolabel environmental certification for hotel cleaning services and has undergone an HSEQ assessment (Kiwa Sertifiointi Oy), which is required by major industrial customers.

• ISO 14001 certification demonstrates that environmental impacts are systematically managed and environmental performance is continuously improved. 

• ISO 45001 certification demonstrates that occupational health and safety are systematically managed, work-related hazards are prevented, and safety performance is continuously improved.
