About us
SOL is a professional and innovative family-owned Finnish service company. The SOL Group comprises the parent company Solemo Oy and our subsidiaries in Finland. SOL Palvelut Oy provides domestic, property, cleaning, facility and security services; SOL Pesulapalvelut Oy offers laundry services, and SOL Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy specialises in recruitment and temporary staffing services. SOL has also international operations with subsidiaries in Estonia, Russia and Latvia.
In 2011 the SOL Group generated net sales of MEUR 207 and employed some 10,000 sunny SOL staff.
The cornerstone of our operations is the SOL Operating System, which addresses customer-oriented quality, the environment, the reduction of environmental impacts, and safety. The SOL Operating System reflects our principles, responsibilities, resources, quality assurance and assessment methods, and also the structures of our processes. We want to ensure a safe working environment and to maintain our employees' work ability. The SOL Operating System is based on the ISO 9000:2008 quality standard, the ISO 14001 environmental management standard and the OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety specification.
Our core competence consists of planning and implementing tailored service solutions and of managing personnel. We constantly improve our working methods to enhance customer satisfaction.
