SOL Domestic Services brings professional cleaning into private households. Our energetic staff, in their bright yellow uniforms, provides sunny cleaning of the highest quality.
Our qualified personnel can help you with house cleaning, running errands and other everyday tasks, which you don't have time to do yourself. We arrange a primary site tour, during which all jobs, working hours and service frequencies are agreed. This visit places no obligation on the customer, but it enables us to give you and your family a tailored offer for our services. We clean with our customer's cleaning equipment and agents, or we can also provide your home with our professional equipment for cleaning.
The same service operative, i.e. cleaner, mainly takes care of one household. We work in accordance with an individual work instruction prepared for each home. This instruction includes maintenance cleaning and a core for other household tasks. We modify and supplement the work instruction during the site visit and also while working. Our service can be flexibly adapted to comply with the household's needs. All our service operatives attend initial and follow-on employee orientation for cleaning and household management as well as system training and special training for domestic services. Continuous training is an essential part of their work at SOL.
We monitor customer satisfaction through documentation. Our domestic service customers have been very satisfied with our services.
Our prices are based on the contract price with a 3.5 hour minimum charge.
